The Beard Group Inc. was retained by a private commercial customer to acquire and redevelop a former facility parking lot for single-family homes. The Beard Group Inc. served as master developer and planner and worked in concert with community planners to insure the project’s fit and contribution to the City of Hopkins’ greater redevelopment vision.
